Top Barn is a contemporary two-bedroom outbuilding designed as a high-quality Airbnb rental. Each bedroom features its own ensuite, and the layout also includes a dedicated boot room alongside an open-plan kitchen and living area.

The building is defined by its clean, modern aesthetic, with a mono-pitched roof and robust corrugated metal cladding that gives it a striking industrial character while sitting comfortably within its landscaped surroundings.

We worked closely with the client through several design consultations to refine the internal layouts and ensure the spaces felt functional, welcoming, and light-filled for future guests. Our role included producing the preliminary and detailed design drawings.

The result is a simple yet elegant design that combines durability with a modern edge, perfectly suited for short-term stays.
